Olion can assess each part and determining the best solution for producing according to our customer’s needs. Our team can determine if a part will be better suited to be manually milled or turned on a lathe for one part or several. Simpler parts, one off parts and setups can be done using our conventional machines, including the use of surface grinding and lathe.
Jigs & Fixtures
To design and engineer machining techniques for high volume and even quick paced productions and the achieve the high tolerances required, Olion can design and manufacture all forms of jigs and fixtures for customers as well as provide fixturing solutions for parts and workpieces that may be needed for special operations.
